Terms & Conditions


Balance of the invoice is payable to McInerney Sports Travel not later than 6 weeks prior to the event or other specified date. If these terms are not met McInerney Sports Travel may rescind immediately and without any notice and reallocate all confirmed bookings. Deposits paid are non refundable.


Any client intending to cancel must notify McInerney Sports Travel in writing immediately. Cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to event booked will make client liable for 50% of the full invoice. If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks prior to the event due, cancellation charge will be for the entire invoice. Should the event, the subject to the booking be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of McInerney Sports Travel the client will not be entitled to any compensation or damages.

Alterations to Events

McInerney Sports Travel is not responsible for loss, damage to any person or their property as all clients attend events organised by McInerney Sports Travel at their own risk.

Exclusions of Liability

Every reasonable effort will be made to provide the event as advertised to the client, but McInerney Sports Travel reserves the right to make any alterations to event arrangements, including changes in time, date and venue.

Complaints and Disputes

In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint, the client is required to notify McInerney Sports Travel in writing within seven days of the occurrence giving rise to such dissatisfaction or complaining.
